When you're out in the world notice how women act.

At a restaurant, a coffee shop or department store. Observe and make mental notes. If you're looking for a woman, in a bar, a club, a social event or wherever, observe how women act.

If she's with a man watch what she does:

# Is she touching him?
# Is he touching her?
# When she's talking to a man is he doing most of the talking-or is she?
# Is she leaning toward him or away?

We'll talk about body language in future tips but for now your assignment is to observe and make mental notes.

Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "What you are speaks so loudly I can't hear what you're saying."

And so it goes when you observe.

You won't have to hear a word they're saying, because you will understand exactly what is going on by watching the way that they act.

This works for observing a couple, or a woman alone, or two or more women together.

Especially look for signs of 'interest.'
# Is she interested in the man she's with?
# Can you see it?
# Where are her eyes focused?

Her interest is a key factor in any relationship, whether you want to take her home that night or marry her, her degree of interest will be the deciding factor.

In fact, there is nothing more important than her interest.

Working on a project or goal in collaboration with your partner is not only exciting, but can be incredibly fulfilling. There aren’t many better ways to get to know your partner than working towards to a common goal with them. When doing this, make sure you listen to your partner’s point of view and treat them as an equal in the project. Make the effort to see your partner’s skills and strengths and watch your mutual respect for each other reach new heights.

Massage Their Ego
Show your partner that they are truly number one by taking every opportunity you can to boost their ego. A little girl walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trek to the elementary school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child. Following the roar of thunder, lightning, like a flaming word, would cut through the sky. Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her car and drove along the route to her child's school.

As she did so, she saw her little girl walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly and with each, the little girl would look at the streak of light and smile.

Many people find it hard to make friends. It really isn't, so get out of your shell and remember that if you love yourself, others will too. Especially being a teen, making friends can be hard or easy depending upon several factors.

You have to think of good reasons of why someone would like to meet you, think of the virtues you have. So relax, people will like you for passing a peaceful energy.

Say hi, give them your name, ask how they are and just meet them. If you know a bit about them, for example, the person likes crafts, you can talk about that. A good subject to talk about to anyone is music, because almost everybody likes music, you can ask someone what kind of music they like and start a cool conversation with them and even find things in common. Sitting shy in a corner distances you from everyone else. Become more outgoing.

3. Be nice. How do you expect them to like you if you are not nice? Put a calm smile on your face and find out what you and the person you are trying to befriend have in common. You'll be able to be more comfortable if you find out that other person has things in common with you.

4. Be a good listener. Give attention to what they say, look straight in their eyes and show you're paying attention. Nod, agree, show you find that is interesting. 6. Develop friendships. You may talk to someone now but soon they'll forget you if you stop. You better take a time to say hi to them everyday and ask how are they doing. Say their name as often as you can, like every once every 3-5 sentences you say, unless you know it'd seem awkward. When you greet them, say things like, "Hey there, Alex!", "How've you been, Sarah?", "I hope classes are going well with you, Josh!" If you do that everyday, they'll be happy that you care about them and remembered them, so they won't forget you and you guys will be good friends. Also, if you say the other person's name out more often, and they hate it, they can come to appreciate it, because of you!

7. Include those friends in your social life. Invite your new friends to go out together with you, go to mall or hang out at a cool place. You guys must have fun together, so you can introduce your new friends to old friends and build your social circle from there, with people that accept each other.

* Get your new friend's phone number, e-mail addresses and give them yours; keep in touch.
* Don't try too hard, relax and be yourself - they will like you.

* Stop thinking you are not cool enough to talk to them. They will have good reasons to want to talk to you after they meet you - think of your virtues!
* Smile! People are drawn to happy, positive people!

* Don't try too hard to impress a certain group only because they have high status - it's a lot better to meet people for who they are, not for what they have.

Many people have truly no idea what flirting is, much less how to do it effectively.

Truth is, though, in today's busy and crowded world, you often only get a very short time to make an impression on someone- often from a distance- and flirting may be the only chance you get.

Whether it's in a crowded classroom, restaurant, mall, or other gathering place, you constantly have an opportunity to meet new people through subltle flirting.

For the girl, flirting can send a message to the guy from a distance that you're interested, or at least you want to get to know him a little better.

For the guy, flirting with a girl gives you a chance to see her reaction to you. A positive reaction would likely give you the signal to introduce yourself.

Flirting, accomplished effectively, sends the signal that you are a friendly, nice, and fun person, and you may be interested in the other person.

These days, however, it is important to flirt strategically and politely. A persistent, unwelcome flirt can be not only irritating, but downright scary, in the wrong situation.

The key here is drawing the line between looking/glancing versus staring/leering. Accompanied with the look, is the smile. A natural, friendly smile will always do better than the forced, fake one. In fact, the forced smile is often referred to as a 'psycho' smile. No one likes to be looked at like the other person is going to paint a 20 foot mural of you in their basement.

Ok, here's specifics. For either a guy or a girl, a 2-3 second look, with a friendly smile, is usually enough to show interest. Try practicing with a friend, or in the mirror, and you will find three seconds is much longer than two people normally look into each other's eyes, unless they know each other well.

Just as important as the duration of the look, however, is what you do right afterward. You want to give a confident, but not overconfident appearance. Avoid looking at the ceiling (showing arrogance or lack of interest). For girls, looking down right after the glance can send a positive and flirtatious message. For guys, looking back a few seconds later with a smile can go a long way.

If you can, glance her way then return to your conversation or smile. You're sending the message that you are a happy and fun, and not desperate.

Body language during the 'look' can be equally inportant. You want to look relaxed and confident, yet not like you're full of yourself. Guys, don't flex your muscles intentionally, unless you're in the gym. For the girls, fixing your makeup, hair, or other personal appearance detail may just send the message that you're 'high maintenance.' If you want to make sure you look good, check in a mirror before you begin 'the glancing game,'

Remember, if you're not talking to this person face-to-face yet, all they have to go on their impression of you is what they see.

Before we dive into sneaky ways that you can catch your partner red handed, lets first discuss why people cheat. I have often thought to myself, Why is it that animals are able to stay faithful to each other for a lifetime, while many humans can not seem to handle this task for more than a matter of months? The fact is that humans are the only creatures that realize they have a choice to how many partners they chose to have at a single moment in time. In addition, in recent studies, scientists have found that males with higher than average testosterone levels may be at greater risk of being involved in extramarital affairs than males with low testosterone levels. However, unlike animals, we have the ability to make decisions. We are able to override these hormones at any given time. Still, many chose not to. Testosterone or no testosterone, I still think cheating ultimately has to do with unhappiness. And, due to our ability to make decisions, those who chose to cheat go to great lengths to hide their affair. This is because they know what they are doing is wrong. This is why people who are cheaters are often hard to catch. So on that note,
here are some potential signs that your partner may be cheating:

1. Change in Usual Work Pattern: Extended hours or possibly even over night shifts. This is the most popular excuse used by a cheating partner.

2. Phone Turned Off/Not Returning Calls: If you try to contact your partner during times that you are suspicious of them being unfaithful and they do not answer the phone or answer it but quickly find a reason to hang up with you, there’s a good chance that they are not being faithful.

Two years later I married a great man, and we have been in a twelve- year marriage that is sincere, respectful, and free of game playing.
